Deployed a 68-camera Avigilon IP video surveillance system with four dedicated NVRs and a separate cold storage tier for extended retention. Camera placement was engineered to provide continuous coverage of high-priority areas with overlapping fields of view and no blind spots. The cold storage architecture keeps primary NVR resources available for live recording and playback while maintaining a deep archive for compliance and incident review. All cameras were commissioned, focused, and confirmed in Avigilon Control Center before site acceptance.

Installed an Avigilon Unity access control platform managing 40+ secured openings from a single centralized server. Avigilon Unity's open-architecture approach allows seamless integration with the site's camera system under one management interface, giving administrators unified visibility and audit trails across every credential event. Credential profiles, schedules, and lockdown policies were configured and documented at handoff.

Designed and installed a Notifier addressable voice evacuation system throughout the facility. Addressable architecture provides device-level identification for rapid fault isolation and simplified troubleshooting, while the integrated voice evac capability delivers clear, intelligible emergency messaging to all zones. System was fully coordinated with the AHJ and commissioned to NFPA 72 standards with complete documentation and as-builts at turnover.

Deployed a full Ortronics structured cabling infrastructure across eight communication closets interconnected by a single-mode and multimode fiber backbone. The horizontal plant consists of 1,400 Cat 6a drops — totaling over 140,000 feet of cable and 2,800 terminated connectors — supporting 10-Gigabit-ready connectivity at every endpoint. The fiber backbone spans 15,000 feet with 600 fusion-spliced ends, ensuring low insertion loss and long-term reliability. All cables were tested to TIA-568 standards, labeled to convention, and delivered with full test records.
