This position is based out of our Kalispell, MT office. The sales territory encompasses Kalispell, Columbia Falls, Whitefish, Libby, Polson, Great Falls, and the Montana Hi-Line counties.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service, earning positive customer feedback and reinforcing the company’s reputation.
- Generate new leads and meet with prospects.
- Understand customers’ needs and wants.
- Maintain and nurture long-term strategic client relationships.
- Design, estimate, and generate sales proposals.
- Present and demonstrate products and services.
- Plan sales strategies.
- Attend and participate in sales meetings.
- Keep current with product and market knowledge.
- Coordinate sales efforts with the Service Department and Project Managers.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues.
- Drive consistent revenue growth on an annual basis.
What we’re looking for
Requirements
- Clean driving record.
Desired skills
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Basic understanding of Bluebeam Revu.
Compensation
- Starting base salary of $60,000–$70,000, plus a limited commissions program and company performance-based bonuses.
- Company vehicle, fuel card, and paid per diem.
- Company-provided computer, cell phone, work shirts, and jackets.
